Delivery Information

Delivery Areas

We deliver to the UK mainland postcodes listed in the 'Delivery' tab that is found on every product page.

Note: Please check each product page as coverage and lead times can vary between products.

Our products are despatch from different locations in the UK. Each location is serviced by its own carrier network . Delivery coverage and lead times can vary according to the location the product is despatch from and the delivery zones the carrier operates in from that location.  

Delivery charges, if any, can also be viewed in the 'Delivery' tab on every product page. In addition to this. the 'Delivery Charge Calculator' on the cart page will calculate the total delivery cost of all the products in the basket without having to register account details on the checkout page. 

A 'Limited Delivery Service' will mean that we only deliver to particular postcode areas on an ad hoc basis; or that we can only make a delivery via a national pallet transport service. A 'limited delivery service' delivery may incur a charge. Please contact us if you wish to arrange a delivery to a limited service postcode area.

You will not be able to complete your purchase online if your order contains an item that is for delivery to a limited delivery service postcode area. Please call us on 0800 772 0936  and we will assist you.


Delivery Service

Most products are large and heavy, and require careful handling. All deliveries are made using the factory's own transport with suitable vehicles and experienced furniture distribution staff. The only exception to this is the occasional use of a pallet delivery service. A pallet delivery service is only used to support the regular furniture van delivery service in exceptionally busy periods, or to provide extra coverage to areas outside our normal delivery catchment area.

An order may comprise of products that are dispatched from different warehouses. It will, therefore, be dispatched as two consignments that may be delivered on different days. We will contact you when your order, or each part thereof, is ready for dispatch, to advise a delivery date. 

Deliveries are made by a one-man furniture van delivery service. Deliveries will arrive between 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. All orders are delivered to 'inside front/main door' based on wheelchair access to the premises. For access, handling and other logistical reasons we are are unable to deliver products to private residential addresses.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Customer's designated shipping address. The Customer shall make all the necessary arrangements to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. Failed deliveries may incur extra re-delivery charges. 

We shall not be liable for any losses as a result of a delay in delivery of the goods.
